Program does not send e-mails to human resources

Although I have assigned resources to the tasks and e- mail adressess are written down and in task logs I have ticked all the e-mail options, Mails are not send to resources. Do you offer me any other choice?

The only time email is definitely not sent is if the resource assigned is the same as the user creating the tasks. Other than that, if emails are not going out then it is possible there's something wrong with your email configuration in dP.

I have checked that task creator and assigned human resource are different persons. I am sure that email adressess are right. In system configuration section; "number of days for warning due tasks" are 2 days and in the project I have schedued task as to start and finish 2 days later from today and also while I was assigning people to the tasks I have ticked "notify assigness of task by e-mail". But assigned person did not get any e-mails.

So does the program keep the logs in anywhere so we can understand the reason of failure?
