One thing that bothers me is the project state, which are not working fine for me as we customized a lot in dP, having totally different project states....

oh, the system is very well able to send emails, my inbox gets spammed with all the stuff all day... :-/
And with untagging the notify checkbox I get the same result :)

On the project screen, if you select the gantt chars and chose a department and not a firm, all projects are shown.
