M instead of time!

Hi, guys,

I have a problem with all my dayviews and dates!
In my day view, instead of 9AM, 10AM and so on, it says:
M am
M am
M am
and so on...

it seems like it remembers that date alright, but time is shown as M.
the same goes for for month/date - for example in VIEW PROJECT under tasks where it is supposed to show start date, it says m/2004...
and finish date m/2004 too!!! Even though I distinctly set the dates...

What could it be?

I am using Japanese Windows 2000 with Apache on it.

Try to go to System Admin->Default User Pref and see what the settings are for date/time. Also please verify user_preferences table in database and see what values it has for formatting.
