deleted user admin, permission to edit translation lost

Hi,

After putting my user into the admin-role with all permissions in all modules, I deleted the admin-user.

I recognized too late, that my user is not allowed to access the translation-module. Is there anything, I can do about it?

I got the latest version from stable_v2.
