How do I install helpdesk

I've recently installed dotproject, but one thing that I really need to be able to do is to associate tickets with clients. I keep reading about helpdesk - but how do I get it and install it - or am I just being stupid and can't see it for looking?

all additional modules are on a separate project in sourceforge available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/dotmods/ you can find helpdesk there as well. Once you download it, all you have to do is extract it in a folder inside your modules folder. Then you go in system admin-> view modules and there you enable it and make it visible. I hope that helps
