Hi all:
First off: have searched forums, can't seem to find an answer. If silly question, sorry in advance!
We are using helpdesk module for trouble tickets. Is it possible for it to send an email on ticket creation (perhaps to a general support list) and an email on ticket assignment (to the assignee)? How would one set this up?
