Start and Finish times in Calendar

How do i go about getting start and finish times for events and tasks to display in the month and week views in the calendar?

This is a known issue and we've added it to the 3.0 roadmap.

That's all very well, but it occurs to me that anything which is schedule intensive, such as dp, should be built around a calendar. In this case, the calendar seems to have been thought of afterwards. This is a real pity, as dp is so great in other respects.
Is there anyone out there who is willing to commercially take on the job of improving the calendar to my specs?
