date for new patch?

Hi,

is there any date for a new patch planned?

I had some problemes, which were fixed via the mantis. But a few of them only said..."fixed in the cvs" but I don't know how to get the latest cvs version.

And even if I know, that a bug was fixed, the path/file should be mentioned in Mantis IMHO, so one could get it from CVS...

In most cases if there is no specific file or fix attached to the bug report this is because it's becoming complicated to just pull a single file or file(s) out - most likely because it's dependant on other changed parts of the system and chasing down each and everyone of those updates is just too time consuming and too open to introduction of irrelevant errors in the event that any dependency is missed.

Using the CVS version normally implies using the entire CVS version. We were able to individually update files during the beta phase because that was a much more controlled exercise - but it's simply not practical during standard bug fixing.

A bug fix release is being worked on - we don't have any dates available for when that will be ready. Please keep an eye on the Developer blog for updates as they become available.
