Empty lists 'assigned to', 'project' and 'company'

When editing an item, fields 'assigned to', 'project' and 'company' are empty lists. There's companies, users and projects on database. Is it a bug, or is it not implemented, yet?

Yes. Even as admin user it's empty.
Also helpdesk module doesn't appear on menu after a sucessfull instalation. I always need to type the URL,
it's very annoying.

Oops. Menu bar corrected, module was 'hidden' on system admin.
Problem with empty lists persists.
