I am having an problem with the Files module, Checkout and Checkin feature. I have users that have sufficent permissions to access/View specific projects, access/view/add/edit Tasks and files. On some occasions the user sees the Checkout/Checkin icon and other times does not. Has anyone run into this yet and if so has a solution been found ?

Just an idea,
There is on System Admin, System Config. a property like File Check In Preserve Title Attribute or something like that, so change it and see if it did resolve.

Thanks but I had checked that already and it made not differnece. The user can see the Checkout/Checkin icons if he selects the Files Module tab but no if he selects files under the project, files tab. This is very fustrating as I have tried to be very careful in the roles/permissions assignments. The Checkout/Checkin feature is something that is very important to use.
