Hello everyone.
I'm evaluating the possibility to use DP.
My question is the follow: is it possibile in some way to relate calendar events and non human resources?
When i read "resources" i think somewhat like notebook, car, meeting room ecc in relate with the event but i see that PD resources meanings "partecipants" to the events.
So i would to know if there is the possibility to use non human resources in events.

Hi elpoleto.

While editing a task there are two tabs; one for people working for the project and another one named "other resources" where you can handle the things you mentioned.

Ok, but i don't want to associate a resource to a task.
I would associate a resource to a calendar event.
An exemple:
I wold like to create a new event, for ex an appointment with a client and associate to this appointement a meeting room and a notebook.
So everybody in my companies knows that i have an appointment with the client and that i use the meeting room and the notebook. So anybody else can't use the notebook and the room during the event duration.
Hope i explained my question.
