The SourceForge page for dotmods has a link at the top called CVS. This explains how to use the CVS.
The sourceforge project dotproject contains the core modules and application.
Add on modules are in the sourceforge project dotmods. This includes items such as helpdesk, timecard and basically EVERYTHING that did not come with the basic package.
Please be aware that dotProject personnel don't provide explicit support and assistance in using CVS as this is outside the project itself. If you are stuck with any faceats of CVS usage, how to use tortoiseCVS or programming in general please look for specific tutorials or support on those elements elsewhere.
A kind member of the community has posted a Using TortoiseCVS tutorial which you are welcome to look at if you are interested.
