Ah, well, I found out that replacing the whole CVS directory (I'm using dotproject_v2.0-beta2) by the old one allow to post reply... but I do not have the latest improvments :(

You can monitor any progress on the bug report by going to the Bugs & Suggestions - Mantis link, find the bug report and select "Monitor Issue" - that way when something happens you'll be notified.
