First of all, fantastic program. Thank you for developing it.
I've been banging my head against the wall and searching FAQ's for days but for the life of me I can't figure this out. In the Task page I see tasks properly categorized under projects, but the box where I would expect to see users that I can re-assign tasks to is empty. (Drop down box on the right side next to the + and - buttons.)
Our system works where a manager first assigns a task to me, and then I need to re-assign the task to a person in a division based on their current workload.
I've played with giving myself and others access to the user table, and also checking "edit multiple task assignments." However, no matter what I do I can't get any other workers to show up in the drop-down box:

I'm running 2.1.5 on linux (with GoDaddy).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, and again, thank you for a great tool.
