General News

If you require assistance with a problem go to the Assistance Forums Again - we ask - direct contact to project personnel requesting one on one support is not permitted - please use the multitude of options available to you and give the project personnel a break - even if we are ignoring these requests processing them takes time away from answering real questions or doing real work on the project.

If you require Priority Assistance then a paid service has now been implemented - go to Priority Support Announcement for details.

If you want to lodge a bug report go to Mantis

If you want to REPORT a security flaw please send an email to admins@dotproject.net including full details of the flaw.

Want to check the roadmap for future dotProject Development go to devsite DO THIS BEFORE YOU LODGE A FEATURE REQUEST

If you want to lodge a feature request go to Mantis SEARCH BEFORE YOU LODGE A REQUEST TO AVOID DUPLICATIONS

If you want to check out the status of a translation go to Language Packs and Themes - via the options at the top of the screen.

If you want to check the status of an add on module - direct information is coming soon, although you could check the Assistance Forums

Want to join the development team go to Documentation Site

If you want to contact the admins, a developer or a translator for any reason that DOES NOT INCLUDE ASKING FOR DIRECT SUPPORT - you can use the Contact Listing
